Welcome!
I am looking forward to meeting with you all at our Senior Leaders conference in Barcelona in June. The conference will help us to come together as a leadership community, strengthen our alignment, and shape the next phase of our transformation.
Everything you need to know about the conference will be provided via this dedicated portal. Please use the portal to come to the event fully prepared and ready to participate in all the discussions and activities planned.

Conference Logistics - Start and End Times
Monday 15th June - arrival from 2pm onwards.
You are requested to arrive the afternoon / evening before the conference starts and a dedicated welcome lounge area will be provided as a central meeting point. No formal get together is planned, but there is plenty of opportunity to connect and meet with your global colleagues, plus the full event team.
Tuesday 16th June - 8.30 am start - 17.00pm finish. Dinner from 18.30
Wednesday 16th June - 8.30 am start - 16.00pm finish. Airport transfers to be booked from 16.00pm onwards
Booking Travel
You are responsible for booking your own travel and this should be expensed to your standard T&E cost centre. Please factor the start and end times of the conference into your travel plans to ensure your full attendance. Travel should be booked as per existing T&E guidelines, including the usage of company travel platforms if in place.
Flights should be booked at earliest opportunity, but no later than Friday 24th April when registration for the event closes.
Transfers to/from the airport can be arranged in advance via Standing Cars www.standingcars.com, who are a third party company who are recommended by the venue. If multiple attendees are travelling on the same flight, the company will arrange a larger vehicle to accommodate a larger group booking. Alternatively, taxi's can be easily sourced from the main stand in the terminal airport and payment is accepted by card / cash.
We will shortly provide contact details for Standing cars once flights are confirmed and a dedicated agent from the company has been confirmed.
It is recommended that you allow 45-60mins for transfer to/from the airport.
Should anyone be travelling by car to the venue, onsite parking is available and does not require pre-booking.
RSVP and Event Registration
We require everyone attending the conference to complete a registration form. This is because there is mandatory guest information that needs passing to the venue and the airport transfer company in advance of the event. The registration form also acts as your RSVP to confirm your attendance.

You will need to provide details of your flights as part of the registration form, so it is recommended to book your flights first and then complete the registration form.
