This conference will foster global connection to unify our senior leadership teams. The agenda will focusing on building stronger strategic alignment , strengthening our collective identity and enhancing leadership capability to drive transformational change and deliver long-term value.

As attendee arrival times will vary, there is no formal agenda planned. Check is in available from lunchtime and once checked in, all onsite facilities are available for use (no pre-booking required). A Valeo Foods Welcome Lounge will be signposted and will act as a central meeting point throughout the duration of the conference.

A self-serve buffet dinner will be available in the main restaurant, with a section reserved exclusively for Valeo Foods. Please note, for anyone arriving after 21.30, room service is not available and alternative arrangements for dinner will be required. A small range of light snacks and drinks will be made available in the Welcome Lounge.

Curium are specialists in supporting leaders to drive transformational change and are currently partnering with us on the roll out of our Valeo Voyage Programme to our senior leadership teams. JSX Communications who played a pivotal role in the shaping of our Valued Behaviours bring specialist insight into employee engagement and inspiring communication during transformative change and will lead the conference event management team.
